Job Description

We’re hiring a multi-faceted professional to support leadership through a blend of personal assistance, basic accounting, and office administration. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, discretion, and seamless coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, travel, meetings, emails, and follow-ups for leadership. Act as liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential tasks and sensitive communication. Support bookkeeping, petty cash, invoicing, and payment tracking. Coordinate with external accountants for GST, TDS, and compliance. Oversee office operations: vendors, supplies, logistics, and documentation. Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required. Skills & RequirementsStrong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, trustworthy, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/Excel preferred). Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel when needed.
