We are looking for a smart, all-rounder female Executive & Personal Assistant to be the founder’s shadow and right hand . Responsibilities will include: Personal Assistance/EA (shadow to the founder), HR functions, Admin coordination, Business Development and Sales assistance, and anything else required to keep operations smooth. The role involves both personal and professional tasks, from managing daily schedules to handling vendors, clients, documents, errands, and high-level coordination. Willingness to travel is a must, and work hours will match (and often extend beyond) the founder’s schedule.
