Location: Nashik |  Type: Full-time |  Working Hours: 8–9 hour shift We are hiring a Receptionist cum Personal Assistant to support the Founder in daily office and administrative tasks. The role involves managing front-office operations, maintaining office upkeep, handling scheduling, and assisting with day-to-day coordination and errands. This is a new venture in its early phase. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder and help establish smooth office routines and processes. Responsibilities: Open and close the office; maintain cleanliness and readiness each day. Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and communication. Handle visitors, calls, and basic office errands. Maintain an organized, positive, and professional work environment. Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all work. Requirements: Reliable, organized, and self-managed. Pleasant personality with a responsible and cooperative attitude. Energetic, approachable, and positive-minded individuals preferred. Prior experience in receptionist or assistant roles is an advantage. Salary: As per experience. Growth opportunities available as the team expands.
