Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in Jaipur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing executive support. Additional responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Competency in Diary Management and general Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in administration or related fields is an advantage
