Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Coordinator located in Jaipur. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards. The role involves managing construction schedules, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Site Coordinator will also be tasked with providing advisory and consultancy support to clients on ongoing and new projects.

Qualifications

• 2 year minimum experience in Project Management, Project Planning, and Site Coordination

• Aggressive towards schedule and project timeline.
• Skills in

  Architecture

  , Design Management and Space Planning
• Knowledge of BOQ, Contracting, and Interior Fitouts
• Ability to manage Renovation & Remodelling projects and Sustainable Design practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in architecture is a must.
• Base salary 20,000/- to 30,000/-
