Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Srinagar. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, collaborating with clients to develop and refine design concepts, and managing projects to successful completion. Day-to-day tasks include executing design plans, coordinating with the internal design and execution teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and integrating various architectural solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to meet timelines and manage resources efficiently
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge about modular kitchens and furniture design is a strong advantage
