Personal Assistant

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the Directors daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements (tickets, hotel bookings, itineraries).
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain files,digital and physicalfor easy access.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, reviews, and conferences.
  • Track deadlines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle small admin tasks like expense tracking, purchase requests, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Represent the Director professionally in all interactions.
  • Build positive working relationships across department

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Humanities, Management).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
