About the Role We are hiring a Creative Associate to assist with design, social media tasks, and basic AI-powered work. This role is ideal for a fresher or intern who can learn fast, follow instructions, and work efficiently. A 7-day training and onboarding program will be provided to help you understand tools, workflows, and expectations. Key Responsibilities Create basic designs using Canva / Figma / Adobe (posts, thumbnails, banners). Assist with social media content (preparation, captions, scheduling). Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to draft, reformat, and support content tasks. Handle basic admin and creative support tasks as assigned. Requirements Fresher or intern with interest in design and digital content. Basic knowledge of Canva (Figma/Adobe is a bonus). Basic familiarity with AI tools . Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
