Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director cum Recruiter, based in Ahmedabad. The role will involve providing personal and executive administrative assistance to the Director, managing the Director's diary, and overseeing clerical tasks. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel & logistics
• Communicate with internal teams and international clients
• Prepare reports, presentations, and handle correspondence
• Support recruitment and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain professionalism, prioritization, and discretion

Requirement

1 year of relevant experience

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
