Role Overview Black Elephant Digital is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support Ms. Nitya Balagopal, the Founder & Director. This is a unique, hybrid role combining marketing support, personal life optimisation, and administrative assistance. The role involves a wide variety of tasks—ranging from scheduling and communications to running errands and coordinating with service providers. The ideal candidate will be based in Delhi or Gurgaon and comfortable travelling locally as required. Key Responsibilities Managing calendars, appointments, and reminders across personal and professional domains Liaising with clients, vendors, team members, and external partners Coordinating with personal service providers—such as instructors, wellness coaches, nutritionists, and household support Organising travel, shopping, personal inventories, and bookings Supporting brand activities including content prep, shoot logistics, and basic marketing coordination Handling communications, follow-ups, and documentation Assisting with basic accounts and document filing Ensuring timely completion of tasks with efficiency and discretion Show more Show less
