Job Description

Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on their preferences,
lifestyle, and occasion.

Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of perfume brands, scent notes, and
fragrance families.

Fragrance Demonstration: Offer testers, explain scent layers (top, heart, base notes),
and proper application.

Sales & Upselling: Meet sales targets, promote new launches, and suggest related
products (gift sets, lotions).

Inventory & Display: Ensure stock availability, manage inventory, and maintain
attractive product displays.

Customer Relationships: Build loyalty with personalized service and follow-ups.

Training & Events: Stay updated on trends, help train new staff, and participate in
fragrance promotions or events.
