We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing both Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns to help scale our digital outreach and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, and Display networks.

* Execute targeted ad strategies to drive conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.

* Perform audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing.

* Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CAC, and conversions.

* Coordinate with content and design teams for creative development.

* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters.

* Identify trends and insights to improve campaign efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

* 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing both Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns.

* Strong grasp of performance marketing and digital advertising tools.

* Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and **Tag Manager.

* Ability to manage campaign budgets and deliver measurable results.

* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
