About the Role:

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers effectively to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain customer database (CRM) with accurate and updated information.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle objections professionally and resolve customer queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for feedback and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate – as per your requirement].
