About the Role:

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers effectively to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads to meet sales targets.
Maintain customer database (CRM) with accurate and updated information.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections professionally and resolve customer queries.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for feedback and improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate – as per your requirement].
