We’re Hiring: Senior Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Performance Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance test plans (load, stress, endurance) using
JMeter
Analyse performance results, identify bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve performance issues
Monitor application performance using
Grafana, Datadog, or other APM tools
Generate detailed performance reports and support capacity planning
Lead and guide junior performance QA engineers
Communicate findings with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills

8–12 years of experience in performance testing
Strong hands-on experience with
JMeter (Java/Groovy/BeanShell)
Experience with
APM tools
(Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Good understanding of
Web applications & REST APIs
Client-side performance testing (Lighthouse, mPulse – preferred)
Agile experience and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

Retail domain performance testing experience
