Job Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer

Experience:

Role Overview

Senior Performance Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute
performance test plans and JMeter scripts
Perform
load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing
Analyse results, identify bottlenecks, and conduct
root cause analysis
Monitor application performance using
Grafana, Datadog, or similar APM tools
Collaborate with development, QA, and stakeholders to drive performance improvements
Prepare performance test reports and provide actionable insights
Mentor junior performance testers and support Agile delivery

Required Skills

8–12 years
of experience in performance testing
Strong hands-on expertise in
Apache JMeter
(Java/Groovy/BeanShell)
Experience with
APM tools
(Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Good understanding of
Web applications and REST APIs
Exposure to
client-side and component-level performance testing
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience working in an
Agile environment
