Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Performance Analysis & Insight GenerationMonitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and insights. A/B TestingConduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve campaign elements, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Budget ManagementAssist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI. Keyword ResearchPerform keyword research to identify opportunities for new campaigns and optimize existing ones. CollaborationWork closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Competitor AnalysisConduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and benchmark our performance against competitors. Campaign OptimizationImplement strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, focusing on conversion rate optimization and cost-efficiency. Tool UtilizationUtilize various marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar for campaign tracking and analysis.  Work Experience  
Experience2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role. Needs to have hands on experience in performance marketing ( i.e. executed campaigns by self) EducationBachelor's Skills:
