We're now looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage 4–5 client accounts across varied industries.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Monitor campaign budgets, ROAS, and lead quality metrics.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest ad platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of managing multiple paid media accounts (4–5 simultaneously).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager, and attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
