About the Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid campaigns across global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Search & Display campaigns, and social media advertising — with a strong focus on driving ROI within allocated budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Develop, test, and scale campaigns targeting international markets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Social Media Ads.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns with international targeting.
• Solid analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics & campaign reporting.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize performance, and meet targets.
