We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s ready to scale impactful campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and optimize every rupee spent to drive real educational outcomes.

What You’ll Own:
 Design and manage full-funnel digital ad campaigns focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
 Run segmented campaigns targeting youth (18–25) and decision-making parents across multiple digital touchpoints.
 Work closely with creatives to bring powerful stories to life through high-performing ad formats (videos, reels, carousels). Optimize campaigns using data-led insights: A/B testing, conversion tracking, funnel analysis.
 Drive measurable growth using KPIs like CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and real-time dashboards.  Collaborate with CRM and Admissions teams to convert leads into enrolled students.
 Continuously learn, adapt, and evolve in a high-impact, purpose-driven marketing team.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
 Strong knowledge of paid media strategies, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.  Confident with tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Sheets, and tracking pixels.
 Analytical mindset with creative judgment. Passion for education, career transformation, and making data meaningful.
 Bonus: Experience in the education or edtech industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
