Job Description: We are a high-growth, digitally driven eCommerce company with a strong presence across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of our performance marketing efforts across Google, Meta, Amazon, and emerging channels. Role Overview: This is a strategic leadership role suited for an experienced performance marketer who can drive ROI-focused marketing, manage junior specialists/agencies, and translate data into actionable growth strategies. You will be at the center of our customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives, working cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the full-funnel performance marketing strategy for eCommerce, including Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and more. Manage and mentor a small team of PPC/paid media specialists and freelancers. Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROAS, and other KPIs. Oversee product feed management, campaign structures, and end-to-end ad operations across platforms. Build scalable testing frameworks for A/B experiments, creative optimization, landing page performance, and audience segmentation. Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform innovations, and digital trends in the eCommerce industry. Key Requirements: 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role. Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns (Google, Facebook, Amazon, YouTube, etc.) for eCommerce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Console. Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel/tagging, audience targeting, and attribution modeling. Experience with marketing automation tools, landing page builders, and feed management platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience scaling DTC brands or marketplace-first eCommerce businesses. Familiarity with WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms. Understanding of SEO, CRO, influencer/affiliate marketing is a plus. Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Salary is no bar for the right candidate. We offer a flexible working schedule to support work-life balance.
