Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Develop strategies to increase ROI, lower CPA, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for engaging ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Track budgets, spending, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,052.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month
