Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital ad networks to drive acquisition and engagement.
• Budget Management: Oversee monthly ad spend and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI, keeping track of spend limits and achieving desired acquisition costs.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance; utilize data-driven insights to make optimizations that improve key metrics including cost per conversion, cost per paying customer, and overall customer lifetime value.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, implement, and track A/B tests across channels to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for improved performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, content, and creative teams to ensure paid strategies align with broader marketing objectives and product launches.
• Vendor and Partner Relations: Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising networks and agencies, ensuring consistent and effective collaboration.
• Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest paid media trends and emerging platforms to keep Bonanza competitive in the paid advertising landscape.
• Reporting and Insights: Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
