Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Google Ad campaigns. 

• You’ll be working on Google Ads for our clients and us
• You’ll be learning from senior leaders at Google who are on our advisory board
• Experience working with B2B or SAAS is a significant plus

This position requires a deep understanding of Google Ads and the ability to translate business goals into successful ad campaigns.

Job responsibilities:

• Campaign Managemen

  t: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to achieve business objectives.

• Conversion Tracking

  : Set up and manage conversion tracking for WordPress-hosted landing pages across ad platforms.

• CRO & A/B Testing

  : Design CRO experiments, develop hypotheses, and run A/B tests to enhance campaign performance.

• Performance Analysis

  : Track and analyse key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify optimisation opportunities.

• Media Planning & Budgeting

  : Develop media plans and manage budgets to maximise ROI across channels ((Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc).

• Client Management

  : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing insights, reports, and ensuring seamless communication.
