Job Overview: We re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (2-3 years experience) who is hands-on, ROI-obsessed, and excited to scale acquisition across digital channels. You ll work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to drive high-intent traffic, optimise conversions, and build predictable lead engines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation, lives in dashboards, and is always thinking, How can I make this better Key Responsibilities: Own performance marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels Manage paid campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting Drive lead generation through targeted keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel testing Monitor daily performance metrics and improve CAC, ROAS, and CPL Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs Collaborate with content, design, and sales to align on messaging and targeting Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with emerging platforms or formats Build and automate reporting dashboards (Google Sheets, PowerBI, or similar) Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or related field 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (B2B preferred) Proven track record of performance marketing success show us your numbers! Comfort with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets Experience with tools like LeadSquared, or Clay is a plus Strong analytical thinking and communication skills High ownership mindset and a love for fast-paced execution Key Details: Location: Bangalore Compensation: Competitive market pay Date of Joining: ASAP
