Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Executive at Fixail, your primary responsibility will be to strategize, launch, and manage high-performing Google & Meta ad campaigns. You will continuously optimize ad spend to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and conversions. Additionally, you will plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and app installs. Analyzing performance data, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with creative and content teams to align messaging and visuals will also be key aspects of your role. Keeping up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices will be crucial to your success. You will manage and scale multiple campaigns across different customer segments and geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing Google & Meta ad campaigns - Continuously optimize ad spend to improve ROAS and conversions - Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and app installs - Analyze performance data and create actionable reports - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages - Work closely with creative and content teams to align messaging and visuals - Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices - Manage and scale multiple campaigns across different customer segments and geographies Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) - Proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions - Knowledge of attribution tools, tracking pixels, and conversion events Location: Calicut Immediate joiners are highly preferred!
