As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive student acquisition and engagement through various strategies: Paid Advertising Excellence: - Develop and optimize highly targeted Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads for higher education programs. - Manage bid strategies, budget allocation, ad copy, and creative development to maximize ROI. - Implement advanced tracking, conversion events, and audience retargeting. Email Marketing Mastery: - Design and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies and automated drip campaigns. - Craft compelling email content, segment lists effectively, and optimize open rates and conversion rates. SMS & Direct Messaging: - Execute targeted SMS marketing campaigns for timely alerts and personalized communication. - Integrate SMS seamlessly into student communication flows. Performance Analysis & Optimization: - Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance. - Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to develop actionable strategies. Lead Nurturing & Conversion Funnel Optimization: - Collaborate with Admissions and Product teams to create seamless digital funnels for prospective students. Market Research: - Stay updated on digital marketing trends in EdTech and higher education landscape. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, especially in Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. - Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, developing email marketing strategies, and utilizing analytics tools. - Strong analytical, copywriting, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points For: - Master's degree in a relevant field. - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Email Marketing, or similar. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. - Familiarity with Jaipur education market landscape.
