Performance Marketing Specialist

Role:

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, set up and execute performance marketing & digital marketing campaigns. Optimize campaigns as needed towards maximising RoAS / RoI.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns. Set up reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc.
• Draft creative briefs for graphic designers for creatives that might be needed for ad campaigns.
• Set up processes & documentation for activities like ad campaign setups, optimizations, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience at running digital advertising campaigns at a performance marketing agency / digital marketing agency
• Experience of ownership of running ads accounts
• Data-driven and analytical approach
