About the Role (Read This Carefully)

Key Responsibilities


1. SEO (Primary Responsibility)

  • Own organic growth across high-intent pages (collections, corporate gifting, B2B pages)
  • Conduct

    proper keyword research

    (commercial + long-tail intent)
  • Optimize existing pages for rankings and conversions
  • Plan and execute SEO content with a conversion mindset
  • Track rankings, traffic, and leads using Google Search Console & GA
  • Improve internal linking and on-page SEO hygiene

2. Google Ads (Primary Responsibility)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize

    Google Search and Performance Max campaigns

  • Write high-intent ad copy aligned to user intent

  • Manage budgets, bids, CPCs, and conversions

  • Build negative keyword lists and improve lead quality

  • Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns

  • Continuously test and improve performance

3. Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Work on landing page copy, structure, and CTAs
  • Improve form conversions and reduce drop-offs
  • Align ads, keywords, and landing pages for higher ROI
  • Coordinate with the founder on messaging and positioning

4.Reporting & Insights

  • Share weekly performance updates (leads, CAC, cost per lead)
  • Analyze what’s working and what’s not
  • Recommend next actions based on data (not guesses)

5.Coordination (Secondary)

  • Coordinate with operations once leads convert
  • Basic understanding of Shopify flow (orders → fulfilment)
  • Marketplace knowledge (Amazon/Etsy) is a plus, but

    not the focus


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO and Google Ads experience
  • Ability to drive leads or sales, not just traffic
  • Strong understanding of keyword intent and search behavior
  • Comfortable working with budgets and accountability
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work full-time in-person from Surat


Nice to Have

  • Experience with D2C or B2B lead-gen brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify and landing page optimization
  • Experience working with performance targets
  • Experience in corporate gifting, home, lifestyle, or retail brands
