Performance Marketing Professional (Meta/Google)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads).Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.Stay updated with digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.Ensure compliance with advertising policies (Google & Meta guidelines).Key Skills & Competencies:Proven expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Manager.Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).Hands-on experience in lead generation, remarketing, and e-commerce campaigns.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.Knowledge of SEO/organic marketing will be an added plus.Strong communication and project management skills.
