About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Performance Marketing & Marketplaces Growth Lead to join our core team at Betterhood - a fast-growing D2C health & wellness startup. In this role, you’ll own the performance engines across paid acquisition, retention, and marketplace growth (Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, etc.), working closely with the founders to scale revenue, improve efficiency, and drive our next phase of growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and relevant digital channels
  • Own ROAS, CAC, and key growth metrics; run structured experimentation across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Build and manage performance dashboards, cohorts, funnels, and attribution insights
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets


Marketplace Growth (Amazon / Flipkart / 1MG / Others)

  • Manage marketplace listings, product pages, SEO, pricing, promotions, and AMS campaigns
  • Improve organic ranking, visibility, and conversion through structured optimisation
  • Run marketplace ads, deals, and events to scale revenue
  • Work with operations teams to manage inventory, availability, and SLAs


Cross-functional Growth

  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities across channels and funnels
  • Collaborate with founders for monthly planning, forecasting, and growth reviews
  • Drive performance-led experiments across landing pages, content, and CRM
  • Analyse customer insights to improve repeat rates and customer LTV


Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or D2C marketplace growth
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and marketplace ad systems
  • Deep understanding of D2C funnel metrics — ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, retention, cohorts
  • Experience managing Amazon/Flipkart listings, ads, and optimisations
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and A/B testing
  • Strong bias toward execution, ownership, and experimentation
  • Must be Bangalore-based and able to work on-site, 6 days a week
  • Bonus: experience with AI-led creative generation, Shopify, Webflow, or basic design tools
