Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Performance Marketing Manager/Executive. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital channels, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B testing, and developing strategic plans to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Daily tasks include overseeing the implementation of marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking key metrics, and adjusting strategies to meet performance goals. Qualifications Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising Strong analytical skills for data analysis, performance tracking, and generating insights Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign management Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the electronics industry is a plus Show more Show less
