Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Drive performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, conversions, and revenue goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively with focus on ROI.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to create and execute ROI-focused strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
