Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Chennai. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels like google, meta (facebook, instagram), etc. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, developing strategies to increase ROI, managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure marketing objectives are met. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to implement innovative and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital campaign management, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
