Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original content

  (videos, reels, graphics, posts, blogs) tailored to the healthcare audience—patients, families, and professionals.
• Create

  social media campaigns

  that communicate health services, patient journeys, awareness days, and treatment offerings.
• Write

  medically accurate yet easy-to-understand copy

  for posts, web pages, blogs, brochures, and scripts for video content.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical teams to ensure

  clinical accuracy

  in all content.
• Manage and grow presence across platforms like

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

  .
• Stay updated on

  digital health trends

  , patient behavior, and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with the design and video team to create visually impactful content.
• Track content performance via insights and analytics; iterate based on what works.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.
• Strong

  storytelling and visual communication

  skills.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
• Familiarity with healthcare topics such as IVF, maternity, surgeries, lifestyle diseases, etc., is a big plus.
• Excellent communication in

  English

  (knowledge of regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi or Hindi is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience working with doctors, hospitals, or health-tech brands.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
