About Us: We are a fast-growing D2C company focused on delivering exceptional products directly to consumers through digital channels and marketplaces. As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our finance operations and help keep our books clean, current, and compliant. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and staff reimbursements Reconcile payments and follow up on outstanding receivables Bank & Transaction Reconciliation: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations Ensure accurate recording of transactions in accounting systems Financial Data Entry & Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Support journal entries and ledger updates Inventory & COGS Tracking: Work with operations to monitor inventory flows and cost of goods sold Help ensure accurate inventory valuation for monthly closing Reporting & Month-End Close: Support monthly and quarterly closings, including accruals and adjustments Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Remuneration: Remuneration in hand will be Rs. 2,75,000 per annum. What We're Looking For: Candidate should be from Mumbai Need to start immediately Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships count!) Knowledge of working on Tally ERP 9.0 Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Willingness to learn. Nice to Have: Experience working at a D2C or e-commerce company Knowledge of Shopify, Razorpay, or other digital commerce tools Exposure to inventory accounting or revenue recognition
