Location: Powai, Mumbai

Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator who can turn ideas into sharp stories. You’ll own content

across blogs, website, social media. You’ll help bring our product to life through content that explains

features, use cases, and real value for our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Write blogs, guides, case studies, and product explainers

Own website copy: product pages, landing pages, FAQs, etc.

Manage and grow the LinkedIn presence and content calendar

Create short-form content (posts, carousels, hooks, scripts)

Write SEO-friendly content and update it for better rankings

Repurpose content across formats and track performance

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 2–5 years in content writing/creation (B2B/SaaS/HR/AI is a plus)
• Prior work experience in startups
• Strong written English and storytelling skills
• Experience creating social + LinkedIn content (preferably for leaders)
• SEO know-how and familiarity with Notion/Docs + CMS tools
• Solid references

Good-to-Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS / HRTech / AI
• Comfort with analytics tools (GA, Search Console, LinkedIn)
• Ability to write video/reel scripts
• Basic design skills in Canva + simple video editing
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) to speed up work

We prefer local Mumbai candidates, who are immediately available to join.

• Salary: 5-7 LPA
