Role Overview:

You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This includes Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media management. You'll also leverage automation tools to nurture leads and improve campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Execute

    WhatsApp marketing

    campaigns using platforms like WhatsApp Business API or third-party tools.
  • Design and manage

    email marketing

    campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer follow-ups.
  • Handle

    social media accounts

    (posting, engagement, growth strategies) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Perform ongoing

    SEO

    activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits.
  • Implement

    marketing automation

    workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and campaign tracking.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for campaign assets.
  • Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI across all channels.
  • Stay current with the latest marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.
  • Strong command of

    Google Ads

    Meta Ads Manager

    Google Analytics

    , and reporting tools.
  • Experience with

    WhatsApp and email marketing platforms

    (e.g., Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business Tools).
  • Proficiency in

    best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Familiarity with
