Location: Onsite Malviya Nagar, Jaipur Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Organization: Master Vastu Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This includes Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media management. You'll also leverage automation tools to nurture leads and improve campaign efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Plan and run paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms like WhatsApp Business API or third-party tools. Design and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer follow-ups. Handle social media accounts (posting, engagement, growth strategies) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Perform ongoing SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits. Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and campaign tracking. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and generate performance reports. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for campaign assets. Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI across all channels. Stay current with the latest marketing trends and platform updates. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing. Strong command of Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , Google Analytics , and reporting tools. Experience with WhatsApp and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business Tools). Proficiency in social media handling including scheduling, community management, and engagement. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console). Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign). Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
