Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar)
Department: Marketing & Growth
Reports To: Founder / Head of Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead all paid digital marketing initiatives for our women’s fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Budget & Performance Management:
  • Own the monthly marketing budget and allocate spends efficiently to achieve ROI and ROAS targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide weekly & monthly reports.
  • Creative & Communication:
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and formats to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign data and customer behavior using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, etc.
  • Identify key growth levers, optimize campaigns, and scale what works.
  • Customer Journey & Retargeting:
  • Build remarketing funnels to improve retention and increase lifetime value.
  • Use segmentation to target the right audiences at each stage of the funnel.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on fashion e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations.
  • Recommend new channels or campaign ideas to expand reach.

Requirements:

  • Must have worked in women's fashion brand before.
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for D2C fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
  • Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and driving measurable results.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in women’s fashion, lifestyle, or apparel category.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate campaigns, and content performance.
  • Experience working with performance marketing agencies or managing them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹331,759.44 - ₹1,327,156.68 per year
