Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-

on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and

revenue growth through targeted, performance-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &

Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

 Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights to ensure

maximum ROI.

 Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve

performance.

 Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels to optimize CPL

and CPA.

 Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

 Track and report on key KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion

rates.

 Implement effective retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions.

 Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best

practices.

Key Requirements

 Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C/B2B

digital environments.

 Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition through paid

channels.

 Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google

Analytics.

 Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign

analysis.

 Basic understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization.

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-

functional teams.

Nice to Have

 Experience with email marketing/automation platforms like Mailchimp, MoEngage,

or HubSpot.

 Exposure to SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer campaigns.

 Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
