Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Surat, with some work from home acceptable. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs. The role involves collaborating with creative and content teams to create compelling ads, conducting A/B testing, and leveraging data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with occasional work from home
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
