Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget campaigns on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Track and improve performance KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Implement audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative variations.

Data & Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience groups.
  • Analyze campaign data and make data-backed decisions for ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain accurate tracking using tools like GTM, Facebook Pixel, and UTM links.

Tech & CRM Integration

  • Manage tracking tags, pixels, APIs, and webhooks to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Ensure alignment of campaign tracking with CRM and lead management systems.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-impact ads and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in ad tech, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Regularly report insights, trends, and campaign performance to leadership.
