Company Name - Forecast Advertising Job Scope & Responsibilities Position Title: Performance Marketing Lead Department: Media & Digital Strategy Reporting To: Agency Promoters Location: Chembur, Mumbai (On-site) Compensation: 6LPA - 12LPA(Fixed) + 2 - 3 LPA (Performance-based Incentive) About the Role Were looking for an enterprising and hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to build and steer our performance marketing practice from the ground up. You will be responsible for driving campaign performance across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Influencer , and other paid media platforms. From audience strategy and budgeting to real-time optimizations and client presentations, this is an end-to-end individual contributor role with direct exposure to new business development, cross-functional collaboration, and client success. Were at the start of our performance marketing journey, and this role comes with the rare opportunity to build a vertical from scratch working closely with creative, servicing, strategy, and growth teams. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution : Own media planning, targeting, budget allocation, and day-to-day campaign optimization across all major paid media platforms. Performance Analysis & Attribution : Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, attribution models, and funnel insights to drive actionable improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, servicing, digital, strategy, and growth teams to align campaign objectives and creative outputs. Pitch & Proposal Ownership : Contribute significantly to new business pitchesbuilding performance marketing strategy decks, articulating ROI stories, and presenting to clients. Reporting & Dashboards : Create clear, insightful reports and dashboards using tools like GA4, Supermetrics, and Looker Studio. Platform Expertise : Stay updated with latest best practices across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic buying tools. Innovation & AI Tools : Actively explore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve targeting, creative testing, and reporting efficiency. Client Interface : Attend client review meetings, strategy discussions, and performance deep-dives—explaining both technical and creative decisions with clarity. Ideal Candidate Attributes You’re someone who brings data-driven thinking, marketing instinct, and entrepreneurial energy to the table. You care about results, but also about systems—and you enjoy being both the architect and the executor. You should bring: 6+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, preferably at digital or media agencies. Proven ability to independently manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Influencer ecosystems. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate performance strategy in client pitches and review meetings. Deep familiarity with BFSI or B2B sectors and the nuances of performance media in regulated categories. Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot , or equivalent credentials. Hands-on expertise with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Supermetrics, Looker Studio , and other analytics/reporting platforms.
