Performance Marketing Intern Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar (On-site) Type: Internship - Full-time, Duration: 6-Month Full-Time Internship About Us: We’re a fast-growing startup on a mission to build innovative products that solve real-world problems. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our growth and product teams to scale our digital presence and user acquisition. What You’ll Do: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting and bidding strategies. Help with ad copywriting, creative testing, and campaign structuring. Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and generate performance reports. Work closely with design, product, and analytics teams to drive conversions. Explore A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign results. What We’re Looking For: Strong interest in digital marketing, performance ads, and growth strategies. Basic knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta Ads) is a plus. Comfort with data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools. Creativity with a data-first mindset and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup. Nice to Have (Not Required): Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or tools like Canva. Prior internships or personal projects related to digital marketing.
