About Us

At Webcomp Digitex, we build high-conversion websites, run data-driven campaigns, and create video content that sells. We’re looking for a sharp performance marketing expert who knows how to generate leads, reduce CPL, and scale campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage end-to-end ad strategies: keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy, creatives, A/B testing, and bid management.
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and platform dashboards.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and minimize cost per lead/conversion.
• Work on multiple industries and niches, tailoring strategies to each.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with latest ad trends, policies, and tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Real estate leads generation experience
• Proven track record of managing performance campaigns for different businesses.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPL, CTR, ROAS.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and tracking setup.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimizations.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle client expectations.

Good to Have

• Experience with remarketing, funnel setup, and lookalike audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO.
• Agency background or exposure to multiple industries.
