Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing to join our growing e-commerce & D2C team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get the chance to work on high-budget campaigns and sharpen your creative + analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across multiple markets.
• Creative ideation & strategy: Work with the team to conceptualize ad angles, hooks, and content directions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for ROAS & scaling.
• Collaborate with the content & design team to guide ad creatives based on performance.
• Stay updated with Meta ads best practices, policies & new features.

• ₹25,000 per month for the first 6 months.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience running Meta ads (e-commerce/D2C preferred).
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve results.
• Creative thinker with an interest in ideating ad concepts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
