This role demands deep platform expertise, analytical excellence, and a performance-first mindset to deliver measurable business growth for our developer partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage

  performance marketing campaigns

  on

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  tailored to real estate audiences.
• Optimize campaigns for

  lead generation

  ,

  cost per acquisition (CPA)

  , and

  return on ad spend (ROAS)

  across multiple real estate projects.
• Conduct thorough

  keyword research

  ,

  ad copy testing

  , and

  audience segmentation

  to improve campaign efficiency.
• Track daily performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement actionable insights to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with the

  creative and tech teams

  to align ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging with campaign objectives.
• Prepare detailed

  weekly and monthly performance reports

  , and lead

  client calls

  to review insights, optimization strategies, and budget recommendations.
• Stay updated with

  latest ad policy changes, targeting capabilities, and bidding strategies

  on Google and Meta platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience

  managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization strategies.

• Proficiency in tools such as

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.

• Experience with

  CRM-integrated lead tracking

  and

  A/B testing

  for ad and landing page performance.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and measurable results.
