Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive with at least 6 months of experience to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance-driven channels. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving campaign performance, analyzing data, and continuously optimizing to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve results. Implement and manage remarketing strategies to boost engagement and conversions. Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and insights to management. Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy . Keep updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Effectively manage budgets to meet KPIs and business targets. Analyze competitor campaigns and identify new growth opportunities. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders to align marketing strategies and goals. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing or paid advertising. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and analytics platforms like Google Analytics . Solid understanding of key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS , and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and reporting. Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and sales funnels is a plus.
