About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have worked in a marketing agency environment and be passionate about driving measurable results through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve the best ROI.
Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for search and display networks.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to create impactful ad copies and creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
Prior experience working in a marketing agency is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
