Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy. You will be tasked with managing ad campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms. Your role will involve analyzing previous campaigns, monitoring current campaign performance, and providing regular performance reports to senior management. Additionally, you will be expected to review and optimize campaigns for positive Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and to improve conversion rates. Researching the target demographic to understand their needs and preferences will be crucial, as well as collaborating with content writers, copywriters, and designers to create targeted ads. You will also manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns, and conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and A/B tests for continuous improvement.
